Hello World and Welcome to Two Sparrows Farm!
While winter is still kickin’ in the lovely Mitten State, we are hoping for an early spring and working hard planning for Season 1 of the farm! Life on the farm in winter (especially February) can prove trying – every day begins by building a fire in our ancient wood stove to heat the first floor of our old farmhouse, and unfreezing the well so we can have running water in the house. By the time we break the ice off the animals’ water and feed them their morning hay, our fire is starting to warm and the coffee is almost finished brewing. [Read more…]
