Beef quarters average 150 lbs hanging weight – if this will be too much meat for your freezer, we highly recommend splitting a quarter with a friend or family member. Quarters are split-halves, meaning you’ll receive cuts from both the front and hind quarters.
Price is $5.49/lb (hanging weight) plus processing, which averages $0.50/lb. We pay the kill fee for you. Beef is killed on by a USDA-inspected butcher and transferred via refrigerated truck to Byron Center Meats for custom processing.

Deposits are $100 per quarter and will be credited to your final invoice.
