What to Bring!
Closed-Toe Shoes (preferably washable!) This is a livestock farm. Mud, manure, tools and farm materials are daily realities, so please dress appropriately for your safety and comfort.
Respectful Children! We are a very family-friendly farm but this is our personal property and we have worked hard to share it with others – we want to keep it that way. 🙂
Please DO NOT allow children to chase, harass, tease our animals or destroy our property in any way. We have lots of expensive equipment, large livestock that your children may not be used to and obeying the rules of the farm is of the utmost important for your (and our) safety and well-being. You will be asked to leave in instances of unruly behavior.
What NOT to bring!
DOGS. While we love meeting all the human members of your family, please refrain from bringing your dog(s) to the farm.
This can be VERY dangerous both for your dog, our dog and the livestock. A family dog can quickly sour a farm tour by injuring itself, terrorizing our livestock and potentially injuring them. You would be held liable in these instances so please help us avoid catastrophe and keep your pets in the comfort of their own home.
Thank you for respecting our boundaries!
